I always wonder whether I succeeded there, since they look OK to me, but I do realize that my cartoons have little to no resemblance to the actual features of the person I'm drawing :D

What you said is totally valid in the sense if I was seriously critiquing your work. That could be an area that you could work on in the future. Either way I really liked the film and basically commenting on that fact. Not to mention that your work is enjoyable to look at.
